Harness The Power of Google!

These days spam has made hosting your own business e-mail an expensive proposition. In order to keep up with all the constant changes you almost have to hire a fulltime e-mail administrator. For smaller businesses all of the above is not a realistic option. Never fear though there is an answer.

Ease of Use

We gained the use of a very simple to use and navigate e-mail admin panel. It’s as easy as typing in a new user name to add a new employee or user, and you can add as many as you like. Each user has the advantage of a personally customized start page branded for your business. You can also locate e-mail easily by using the power of Google search. This in conjunction with labels and filters makes it easy to organize your inbox. Need help with all this? Google provides extensive help files, including video on how to do anything you need to do.

Manage Your Time

Google calendar can help keep employees and clients informed and up to date on all of your important meetings, projects, and company events. You can also publish your company’s calendars so it is searchable by Google search or publish it on your website.

Connectivity

Not only can users and administrators access accounts from any internet connection but they can also collaborate using Google docs and chat about it in real-time using Google talk, so users in different locations can chat back and forth while they work on the same document. Oh, there’s more. If you have a Java enabled cell phone you can access and respond to your e-mail on the go.

Enough reasons? Here’s one more.

We have received substantially more traffic from Google to our website since we partnered our domain with them. Now we can’t prove that this is the reason but we can’t put our finger on any other reason either.
